It’s not just the mortgage we provide, we will help you make the right choice when it comes to legal work and surveys also. We endeavour to provide the perfect solution based on your own needs taking the time to understand your individual situation. We are a completely unbiased broker with access to hundreds of mortgages including exclusive deals with our network Primis.

A mortgage is a loan secured against your house or property. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up your repayments on the mortgage or any other debt you may have secured against it.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.

 

Most forms of Buy to Let Mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Our Fees

Insurance:

We will not charge you a fee for our services relating to insurance, but we will receive commission from the product provider. The commission will be calculated as a proportion of the premiums paid for the insurance product.

You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the fees and charges relating to any insurance policy that we recommend.

Mortgages:

For our advice services, we will charge a standard fee of £295.00 This can increase depending on individual circumstances. If you have a clean credit history and the mortgage is not of a complex nature, we charge a fee of £295. If the application is more complex, for example if you have an impaired credit history or you’re looking for debt consolidation, the fee we charge will be £495.00.

We do not charge fees for product transfers with existing lenders.

These fee becomes payable upon submission of the recommendation.

We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.

You have the right to ask us to provide information on the range of procuration fees that the lenders on our panels offer to us.

 

If an application is submitted to a lender via a packager (a 3rd party specialist) we will be paid commission by the packager. This will be disclosed to you.
